We can, for example, present art and fabric samples to a garment manufacturer in New York; weave, dye, and print in China; and ship to Hong Kong, the Philippines, or China for manufacturing.
Although we are sensitive to the needs of smaller and growing customers, our long term customers include industry leaders in every category: from Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, Liz Claiborne, Jones Apparel, and Kellwood to 5,000 wholesale accounts.
In order to run our operation cost effectively and better service, our customer base, we have a minimum order policy for samples and bulk shipments.
If you are unable to comply with our minimum requirements, we would be happy to refer you to a distributor who carries the Shamash product line
Manufacturing/Wholesale Sampling Policy
For samples from stock; all samples are subject to a 1.00 surcharge. Samples which must be converted will be subject to surcharges as follows to cover
Entry and miscellaneous fees:

| 50 Yards | 4.00 Per Yard |
| 100 Yards | 2.00 Per Yard |
| 200 Yards | 1.00 Per Yard |
A customer may sample a fabric twice. After this only bulk orders for this style are accepted. Bulk orders must comply with the company's minimum dollar value requirement.
Manufacturing/Wholesale Bulk Order Minimums
Shamash & Sons policies for minimums for all BULK orders are as follows:
- For items purchased from stock inventory $ 500.00
- For items which must be converted for all silk and styles with a selling price of over 5.95 per yard $ 3000.00
- For items which must be converted for synthetic fabrics and other non silk styles with a selling price of less than 5.95 per yard $5000.00
